Counseling for Admission to PG Diploma and Advanced PG Diploma Courses @ Osmania University, Hyderabad

Osmania University, Hyderabad invites all the eligible candidates who have applied for admission into PG Diploma and Advanced PG Diploma courses in Healthcare being offered in various hospitals under affiliation to Osmania University, are advised to attend the counseling for admission into the courses for the Academic Year 2012 – 2013.

Certificates to be Submitted at the Time of Counseling:

The candidates need to produce the following certificates in original along with two sets of Xerox copies and two passport size photographs

1. Transfer Certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last. If the candidate is pursuing any course during the academic year 2012-2013, either regular or correspondence, he / 

she must submit a proof of admission (certificate issued by the Head of the Institution) and will have to submit the T.C. from the present institution within seven days.

2. Original certificate (or provisional certificate, if the original is not yet issued as per rules) of the qualifying examination

3. Consolidated Memorandum of marks of the qualifying examination

4. Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.)

5. Proof of Local / Non-Local status of candidates, according to rules in force

6. Candidates belong to SC / ST / BC need to submit the caste certificate duly issued by

MRO as per the G.O.Ms.No.58, Social Welfare (J) dated 12-5-1997

Fee Details (including BC / EBC / SC / ST / Minority / PH Candidates:

• PG Diploma courses is Rs.17,500/- per semester 

• Advanced PG Diploma courses it is Rs.12,500/- per semester

• Counseling fees of Rs.670/- will be charged for each admitted candidate

Note: The total fee must be paid at the time of admission and payable through demand draft drawn in favor of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University., payable at

Hyderabad

Note: In case, sufficient number of candidates are not admitted into a course/ hospital, the

university reserves the right to re-allot the candidates to other hospitals / drop the course
