PGMET to be conducted on April 27

Vijayawada: The Post-graduate Medical Entrance Test will be conducted again on April 27th between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. NTR University of Health Sciences Vice-chancellor T Ravi Raju announced on 4th April.

Students, who had applied earlier, need not apply again but have to download new hall-tickets from the varsity’s website. All the details relating to the exam will be uploaded on the website Saturday. Those who didn’t apply earlier can do so now.

“Earlier, about 14,800 candidates took the test. This time, the number remains the same but we are inviting applications from fresh applicants,” the V-C said. He asserted that extra care was being taken to prevent any sort of malpractice. PGMET results were annulled and a decision to hold the exam again was taken after a massive fraud was unearthed.
